Jenn’s Picks is my way of sharing what actually helped—like I would with a friend. Not everything will be your thing, and that’s okay. Take what feels good, leave the rest.

My Mission

I believe healing doesn't have to be loud.
It doesn’t have to be perfect, polished, or another checkbox on a never-ending list.
My mission is to return to peace — and help others remember that they can, too. Not someday. Not when the stars align. But now.
The world tells us that peace comes after we earn it — after we fix, improve, achieve. I’ve come to believe the opposite: peace is the foundation. It’s where we begin, and from that place, everything shifts.
Jenn’s Picks is where I share the rituals, treatments, and soft habits that help me choose peace in everyday life — the messy, beautiful, unfinished kind. Not as a guru, but as a friend walking beside you. No fluff. No pressure. No pretending to have it all together.
Life is always in motion. And every small act of choosing harmony over hustle… it adds up. Until one day you realize: peace isn’t out there. It’s right here.

On the site, you’ll find three types of picks:
Little Shifts – These are small habits and calming rituals you can try right away. Most are free or low-cost, and all are designed to gently move the needle toward a more peaceful, fulfilling life. Think of them as quiet nudges in the right direction.
I Tried It – This is where I share my honest experiences with different wellness treatments—from energy work to body therapies to the things you’ve probably wondered about but weren’t sure were “for you.” No hype, just real talk about what happened and how it helped.
We’re also building a thoughtful, encouraging community over on Substack—where you can create meaningful shifts in your own life alongside others. It’s a space for curious, compassionate folks to connect, reflect, and support one another through real, steady change.
Everything here is shared with care—and with the hope that something you find might make you exhale a little deeper, feel a little more like you, and remind you that better doesn’t have to be big or hard.
